Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional representative of the hotel, promoting all services and facilities to prospective clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s rooms, amenities, packages, and event offerings to confidently match guest needs.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners to drive repeat business.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive selling strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of guest expectations and contracted services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality or related industry.
- Proven track record of building new business and clients and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Applicant should be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Hotel operations and the hospitality Industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office suite and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Hospitality. or related field
