Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly through phone, email, or in person.
 - Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and solutions.
 - Record and track customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
 - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
 
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
 - Organise and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records.
 - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
 - Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
 - Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as required.
 
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
 - Proven experience in customer service and administrative support.
 - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
 - Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
