The Customer Service and Admin Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer support, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and maintaining effective communication between the company, clients, and internal teams.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly through phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Record and track customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
